CATHERINE ELIZABETH SANDEFUR
Catherine Elizabeth Sandefur, 90, died March 30, 2007 at Hospice Savannah.
Kay was born April 25, 1916 in Evanston, IL, and has lived in Savannah for over 50
years. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Fred “Sandy” Sandefur.
Survivors include her son Chuck Sandefur, Janie, her daughter Sandy Sandefur, stepdaughters Betty Aimar, Joyce Carter Bill all of Savannah. She is also survived by grandchildren Carol Mike Carey of Rincon, Amy Byron Norris of Macon, Katie Sandefur, Mike Aimar, Lisa Dan Carter, Julie Carter, and Billy Carter, 7 great grandchildren, her sister June Gildea of Tampa, FL, and her little dog Bridget.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 31, 2007 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 3 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with burial in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
